YonoGames' Terms & Conditions — Please read before registering

YonoGames (bunbun yonogames.fyi) is an online gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between YonoGames and its users. By accessing our website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These terms apply to all users residing in Bangladesh who access YonoGames. They come into effect as soon as you access the platform via mobile, desktop, or any other device. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

To create an account with YonoGames, the following conditions must be met:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited.
• Mental capacity: You must be of sound mind and legally capable of entering into a contract.
• Single account: Each person may operate one account only.
• Not on the exclusion list: Individuals who have voluntarily or legally self-excluded from gaming are not eligible to open an account.
• Accurate information: All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and up to date.

We may request age or identity verification at any time. Your account may be temporarily restricted until verification is complete.

During registration, you will be required to provide a mobile number and password. You are solely responsible for keeping this information confidential.

You are responsible for all activity on your account — authorized or not — until you notify our support team. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without your permission, change your password immediately and contact us.

The following rules apply to all transactions on YonoGames:

Withdrawals will be returned via the same method used for the original deposit. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted. If fraud is suspected in any transaction, we may request additional verification and place the transaction on hold if necessary.

YonoGames offers a variety of promotional offers. Each offer carries its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply across the board:

• Wagering requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount (typically 20–30x).
• Duration: Every bonus has an expiry date — once expired, the bonus is automatically forfeited.
• One bonus, one use: Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per person, device, or IP address.
• Betting limits when using bonus funds: A maximum single bet of ৳500 may be placed from the bonus balance.
• Voided for abuse: YonoGames reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse is found.

YonoGames reserves the right to modify or discontinue bonus offers at any time. Check the Promotions page regularly for the latest offers.

All games on YonoGames are operated through licensed software providers. Every game outcome is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) — with no human intervention.

• If a disconnection occurs during a game, the last state recorded on the server will be considered the official result.
• In the event of incorrect payouts due to a technical error, we reserve the right to recover the correct amount.
• In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, our server logs shall serve as the definitive record.
• Full game rules can be found in the "Help" or "i" button within each game.

The host's decision in Live Casino games is final. If a discrepancy arises between the result seen by the player and the result recorded on the server due to streaming delays, the server data shall prevail.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on YonoGames and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening multiple accounts or claiming bonuses across multiple accounts
• Registering using fake or another person's identity documents
• Exploiting technical glitches or loopholes to abuse the bonus system
• Attempting to launder money or legitimize illegal funds through gaming
• Use of third-party bots or automated gaming tools
• Harassing or threatening other players or staff
• Chargeback fraud (depositing via card and then disputing the payment)

YonoGames may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Extended inactivity (more than 365 days)
• If you request self-exclusion yourself
• By order of a legal authority

To appeal an account closure, email [email protected] within 30 days of the closure date. We will review your case and respond within 7 business days. To close your account voluntarily, go to Settings > Account > Close Account.

YonoGames believes gaming is a source of entertainment, not addiction. We encourage every player to build healthy gaming habits. The following protective tools are available free of charge on our platform:

• Daily deposit limit: Set your own daily deposit limit to control how much you add to your account each day.
• Session Timer: Automatic logout after a set period of inactivity.
• Reality Check: Notifications reminding you how long you've been playing, sent at set intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from gaming for any period, from 7 days to permanent exclusion.

Continued use of the platform after a change notification will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may request account closure — any outstanding balance will be refunded in full.
